Ultranovas are powerful artifacts of pure light. They can be thrown at an enemy to drain them of 25 points, but once it's used, that's it (meaning these are disposable bombs.) Large quantities of these weapons can be generated from its mother, the Staff of Ultra Nova.
Ultranovas look like blazing stars - and that's what they are. They burn the enemy from the inside, which means it drains points from the opponent rather than gain points for the user.
Damage[]
The Ultranovas drain the enemy of 25 points. It does fire, air, light, and direct damage, but even amounts of each.
Counters[]
The Prismatic Mirror can beam back the Novas at triple the power. Sink can block the Novas completely, but it's a waste of it if you have said Mirror.
Keep in mind that the Nova does fire damage and can possibly break one's Prismatic Mirror. In this case, Sink would be chosen instead, or Burrow if one does not have access to TRGS.
