Advanced Techniques

Water's Cleansing - 90 second cooldown

• Passive - Manew has a natural 10 tenacity. This tenacity is lost while the move is on cooldown.
• Active - Manew channels for 3 seconds, forming a torrent of water. The torrent of water then flows through allies, healing them for 150 health (+0.33 per ability power). In addition, the torrent of water removes crowd control on all allies it passes through. This torrent can exist for an unlimited amount of time as long as Manew channels. However, the torrent only heals each ally once. If over 3 allies are healed, Manew will be stunned for 3 seconds for each additional ally healed.

Healing Embrace - Inate

• Passive - Nearby allies around Manew gain a natural 10 health regeneration (+0.25 per ability power).

Substituting Protection - 12 second cooldown

• Active - A shield is formed around an ally. If the shield is damage within 3 seconds, Manew will teleport to the ally to take the damage for them.
